Additionally, I completed another Honours degree in practical psychometry at the University of Johannesburg and underwent accreditation in various psychometric assessments both in the United Kingdom and with JVR.
Furthermore, I pursued accreditation to become a specialist in trauma incident reduction and subsequently became a trainer in this field at the renowned institution, Applied Meta-Psychology International (AMI).

I believe every person and situation is unique. I take into consideration your internal world as well as your external environment. I respect each person’s uniqueness, and therapy is personalized according to each individual’s needs.
I enjoy working with a variety of populations, at different stages and backgrounds. Therefore, I find fulfilment in engaging in a therapeutic relationship.
I believe fear, depressed feelings, post-traumatic stress, constant problems, and many more are all ways of describing natural human responses to adversity and the experience of life. Calling these responses mental and emotional disorders misses the point entirely. While in some instances they may be classified as disorders, it must be done with great care and compassion. We are all unique, and we all face adversity in different ways through challenging events and circumstances. The effects, if destructive, are physical and emotional warning signals telling us that something needs to be faced and dealt with. The pain, which is very real, is a sign that something is wrong. Mental health struggles are not your identity—they are normal and need to be addressed, not suppressed, or things will worsen.
